Operating as a low-care nursing home since 1984, Finchley Court specialises in caring for elderly residents and those with physical or intellectual disabilities or other personal health issues who seek the comfort and security of a high-quality communal home.
Finchley Court is managed by an experienced and friendly team of caring staff. Our staff are onsite 24 hours a day, seven days a week to manage and care for our residents' individual needs.

We treat our residents as individuals who deserve care and services based on their own emotional, spiritual, social, physical and intellectual needs.
As a smaller-sized assisted-living facility, we spend "one on one" time regularly with each of our residents and help them with any personal issues that may arise, so they feel cared for and safe. We take the time to get to know our residents' personalities, routines, hobbies and interests, so we can provide individualised support and help our residents socialise and enjoy their time together at Finchley Court.
